Join the Youth Services Staff at The Fort McHenry/Whispering Oaks Shelter, where we will perform skits and songs. Bring chairs or blankets to sit on. If it's raining or if the heat index is projected to be 100° or higher by 9 a.m. the program will be canceled. For young children and their caregivers.
