The East and West Meeting Room is a combination of both rooms. It is a flexible space for large sized gatherings, adjacent to public restrooms.

Equipment

The room includes an in-ceiling projector, wall-mounted screen, whiteboard and audio system. You may also request certain other equipment when making your room reservation.

Seating

The room can hold a maximum of 80 people. Various room setups are available to choose from.
