“Environmental factors, stress, diet, and genetics can speed up or slow down how the heart ages. When it comes to heart health, your heart age may be more important than your actual age.

Any student age 18 and under receives a complimentary boxed lunch provided by the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Every Monday-Friday*  from 12:00-1:00 p.m.

*Program begins June 3, 2024 and ends on August 13, 2024.

Come to the library to read to a certified therapy dog. Dog owner will be present. This program is for kids ages 5 to 10 years old.
