Do you enjoy good quality craft beer?  In this show-and-tell with intermediate to advanced brewing equipment, attendees need to brew their own beer using advanced techniques such as mashing grain, making yeast starters, and advanced fermentation management techniques.  Award-winning home brewer Scott Pointon will discuss the equipment, ingredients, brewing process, and resources available to would-be brew masters.
