Event Description

Join the Youth Services Staff at the Fort McHenry/Whispering Oaks Park shelter, where we will perform skits and songs. Bring chairs or blankets to sit on. If it's raining or if the heat index is projected to be 100° or higher by 9 a.m. the program will be canceled. For young children and their caregivers.
