Event Description

McHenry County Department of Health Wellness Screenings at the McHenry Public Library District!

All participants receive a blood pressure check, a body composition analysis, heart age assessment + education for lifestyle changes. Appointments are approximately 15 minutes long. Register online through MCDH to reserve a spot.
