Tightly regulated cannabis is now available to all adults over 21 and provided to over 150,000 registered medical cannabis patients in Illinois. This program covers the specifics of the laws, economic and employment opportunities, tax revenue allocations, and wellness strategies. Kirsten Velasco, the author of Cannabis Basics Textbook, will address your questions and concerns.
